It's December

So, which list are you on, Santa's Naughty or Nice list? I'm trying really hard to be on the Nice List! Well, my 6 weeks that I was able to be away from this office have come to an end and today I had to come back to work. It's been a long, lonely day! It's sad that people that have to be together for so many hours in a day don't even speak. It's been so quiet around here today....it's been a long day! However, I have to say, it hasn't been a BAD day.....I guess, I can say that! Supvr. didn't show up today...no one knows why. Oh well, thats just how good management operates right????? No one has instructed me on any job assignments or updated me on projects at hand. I have been in my office, doing what I know to do and trying to make it until 5:00. Thats no way to EXIST! Oh well, at least these past 6 weeks have made me a stronger and better person. I refuse to let this place get the best of me. God has better plans for my life....we're just on the road traveling to that destination right now!

Thanksgiving was great for us and I certainly hope you all had a blessed one as well! Christmas is just around the corner. Concentrate on our Saviors birth, decorate your homes, hum Christmas tunes, buy those treasured gifts and just enjoy this time of year! Thank God for the many blessings He has given and continue to thank Him for the gift of "memory"!! Why, the gift of Memory you ask????? Well, for those wonderful times past, with the ones who use to be there for the Holidays and now spend their Christmas in Heaven. Those wonderful memories that place a smile on our face or even a tear in our eye are truly a treasured gift from God. We never want to forget those things and He allows us to "stoll down memory lane"! It seems we do that more often during the holidays!
