Well, life at the Whitley household is starting to settle down and get back to normal....if you can call it normal. Of course, today is Thursday and I don't want to jinx myself....you do remember that Thursdays are NOT good days for us lately!LOL! Do you ever stop and take a look at your "normal" daily routine and wonder "how can I possibly add anything else to my plate?" but somehow you manage to do so? Sometimes I get to thinking that there are just not enough hours in the day to get everything done that you want done (and sometime the things you want done RIGHT THEN----right Kim??-LOL) I have had something/somewhere to be each night this week. Lets see if I can give a short run down....Monday: Take Cade to Kids Camp; Go to Work; Pick Cade up from Kids Camp; Prepare Dinner; Pack up necessities for Football practice-while Eddie gets Cade ready for football practice; Go To Football practice; Home around 9:00; Get Cade's bath; Prepare Cade's lunch for next day; Try to squeeze in some time to do some laundry, dusting, picking up things around the house (that usually is what is pushed to the side-LOL) and then Tues. was pretty much the same thing. Wed. was pretty much the same except that is church night. Tonight we have Open House at school and afterwards we will go to the Nursing Home to see my Grandmother. I now have that to squeeze into my weekly schedule. Fri. will be pretty much the same and then football practice and Saturday will be Cade's first football game. Ok, are you tired already from reading that stuff....I am! Plus there are many extras that are added/squeezed into that routine. The things I wrote about above are just the NORMAL everyday things! Thanks to "post it" pads and a calendar book and the calendar alarm on my cell phone, so far I am getting it all done! ;-D
Tonight is Open House at school. Cade will find out who he will have for SECOND grade! I cannot believe my "baby" (don't tell Cade I called him that because he HATES it when I call him my baby) will be in the second grade. We are anxious to see who his teacher will be this year! It has to be better than last year. Whew, last year was something else! That teacher needs to find another profession! Oh well, thats another blog! LOL! On Monday the school year gets cranked up! The summer has flown by! We have had so much going on this summer that we have not been to the lake house! The pontoon has not been out of the boathouse! Thats bad! LOL! Ok, so I have to admit, that even with such a busy schedule, I do TRY to find a MOMENT for myself ever now and then....even if it is the time I spend writing my blog! Becky and I plan to take off work on Monday and after we take the boys to school......WE'RE GOING SHOPPING!!!! I can hardly wait! So, tell me, how full is your plate? Share with me your technique for keeping it all together and in order to manage the day! "Cheers" to us that "make it through, yet, another "NORMAL" day!!" ~~ Until Later!

Well girl, I have to tell ya...that's a FULL schedule!!! I personally don't know how you handle so much! You know how I stress over "little things" I would go bonkers! You're a good woman to handle so much. For Cade's sake(and yours..lol) I hope he gets a good teacher this year, I know last year was rough!
Love Ya!!!!
